Refunds

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed through mutually agreed-upon methods after verification of the returned product.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, we may request you to ship the product to us, and eligible shipping charges may be reimbursed upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items
